Undivided focuses on breaking the barriers that society has put in place to divide people across cultural, religious, ethnic, political, gender, and economic status. The program reviews a topic and seeks to bridge divides and find common ground in which to unite people and move forward in a positive way.

My next episode will feature a look at the barriers for people in the executive levels of industry particularly along gender lines. The role of women and the challenges that women face in C-level executive roles in industry, especially in male dominated industry segments will be explored. The goal of the program is to inspire and provide solutions and pathways for people to unite and break down those barriers.

My special guest co-host will be Brenda Baird who has been a CEO of a business in a male dominated field and understands those challenges in a first-hand perspective. Brenda also has her own coaching practice and has been the host of a long running podcast series here on Life Coach Radio Network. Ms. Baird has worked as a small business owner for 20 years and has spent 10 years leading corporate development as well.

Her coaching practice focuses on helping businesses and executives remove barriers to their success to reach their full potential.

Frank J. Maduri is the host of Undivided and is a writer/journalist and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and ELI-MP. His coaching practice focuses on helping people unlock their true potential and achieve their goals. Frank has numerous published news stories distributed to over 40 countries and is the author of a poetry collection on Amazon. Please join us for this important dialogue on March 7th.
