Undivided is a series that focuses on breaking down the barriers in society to unite people in harmony and peace. The series looks at the impact of gender, age, race, culture, religion, and socio-economic barriers that serve only to divide people. The series provides concrete steps to take to live in unity and fulfillment in order to change the world.

My next episode will focus on the Cultural Divide and will feature special guest Pam Winholtz. The division of culture is one of the most profound contrasts our society has sought to keep people apart. Pam and I will seek to navigate this difficult subject and provide a new perspective for listeners.

Pam Winholtz knows first hand about building bridges between cultures. She is a female veteran who lived in Spain and a host mother of 4 high-school foreign exchange students. In 2014, she dared herself to dream bigger and took a year-long trip to celebrate her 50th birthday, visiting 4 continents and 28 countries, staying with locals, and experiencing life in other countries.

After returning to the USA, Pam attended the Institute of Professionalism and Excellence in Coaching and became a professionally-trained Leadership Coach. She now helps veterans transition from military life into the business world, navigating office politics and using leadership skills to build and strengthen teams, while creating satisfaction and joy in their new civilian lives.

You can find her website at Dare2DreamBigger.com, or follow her on Facebook.

Frank J. Maduri is the host of "Undivided" and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and ELI-MP. Frank is also a freelance writer and journalist with published news stories distributed to over 40 countries. Frank has a coaching practice focused on personal development and career transition.
