Undivided is a podcast series focused on breaking down the barriers that society has put up to keep us apart. The program analyzes different societal constructs and provides concrete ways to navigate the divisions in society toward a path of harmony.

The next episode, "The Cage of Titles", will take an in-depth look at the situations in life: a loss, a past diagnosis, a lost job, or a label that was given to us leaving us feeling trapped. The program will look at the underlying reasons for those situations and feelings as well as provide concrete steps to move forward to get released from those feelings and move forward to your purpose in life.

My special guest for this episode is Alexandra Maffett.  Alexandra is a Northern-born southern-raised woman who lives in Auburn, AL with her husband and two furchildren. She spent most of her life battling a terrible eating disorder and has finally made it to the other side. After overcoming her own disorder she knew that she was being called to help others recognize their own strength and purpose. She went on to receive her Certified Professional Coach licensing and has since opened her own coaching practice. She specializes in helping women break free from self-doubt so they can live up to their God-given purpose and potential. She is a strong believer in the power of our mind, the gift of purpose and living with a positive mindset. When she is not working with clients or helping grow her business you can find her taking a walk at the bark, baking, or bowling with her Husband.

Frank J. Maduri is the host of Undivided and is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and ELI-MP. Frank is also a freelance writer and journalist with numerous news story credits and is working on publishing his second book. His coaching practice focuses on career transitions.
