Undivided Episode 28 - Gender Roles in Relationships with Jenna Ponaman

Undivided is a podcast series which seeks to help people navigate the societal barriers that separate us. The goal of the series is to provide concrete ways to live in harmony and unity with one another. 

The next episode will look at gender roles and perceptions of the role of men and women in regards to relationships. The episode will also take a deep dive into the societal norms or preconceptions around gender and how men and women should react to situations. 

My special guest is Jenna Ponaman. Jenna helps women finally have that upgrade on their love lives that they never thought possible. She loves supporting women to create truly thriving romantic relationships, build self-love, and step into their lives authentically and empowered. Jenna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge, and a Professional Certified Coach designation, as well as a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index designation, from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Jenna enjoys working out at the gym, traveling as far as she can to explore and stuff her face with multi-cultural foods, usually you can find her at home being an overbearing fur mom to her huskies, or shamelessly jamming out to N’SYNC. She offers a masterclass in relationships and is an expert coach in this field. 

Frank J, Maduri is the host of Undivided and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and ELI-MP. Frank has a coaching practice focused on career transitions and personal development. He is also a writer and journalist with news credits in over 40 countries. Frank is currently working on his second book. He is available to host workshops on a variety of topics.
