Undivided is a podcast series which focuses on societal divisions and seeks ways to find harmony and unity. This episode will look at the role of faith and how individuals can express their faith in their workplace effectively and appropriately. The special guest for this program is Jennifer Baugh. 

Jennifer Baugh is the Founder and National Executive Director of Young
Catholic Professionals (YCP), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that
encourages young professionals to embrace their faith and Work in Witness
for Christ. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Trinity
University and her MBA from Texas A&M, graduating summa cum laude.
Jennifer worked for Merrill Lynch in the Global Wealth Management
practice and for FTI Consulting in the Corporate Restructuring practice
before starting the YCP apostolate in 2010.


YCP exists to raise up a new generation to serve the Church and the world.
By challenging, training, and inspiring young adults, YCP offers dynamic
programs to empower Catholic professionals in their twenties and
thirties. From mentoring opportunities with seasoned professionals to
hearing faithful executives discuss hiring practices,YCP offers numerous and
accessible resources to help young adults deepen their spiritual lives while
excelling personally and professionally.

Frank J. Maduri is the Host of Undivided and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) ELI-MP. His coaching practice focuses on career transition and personal development. Frank is also a writer and journalist with news stories distributed globally. He has two published works on Amazon: a poetry collection and a reflections book "Reflections on The Passion: A Modern Guide to The Stations of The Cross". Frank is an active member of his parish and feels strongly about the role of faith in society. Please listen in on October 16th at 7 PM
