In today’s show on Life Hurts God Heals, pastor Chris will contemplate certain realities of spiritual growth; namely, that as we seek to know God in a personal and present way, God is more inclined to reveal Himself to us, speak with us in our hearts, and answer our prayers with greater frequency. But there is a problem. It’s called the “sort of” problem. It is incredibly easy to develop a non-committal kind of relationship with God which allows us to entertain the cravings of the world while at the same time thinking that God is happy with us in our spiritual development. We develop a huge gray area about what is right and wrong, what God wants and doesn’t want, and a willingness to be okay with the undefined boundaries we create. We might be surprise at how black and white God really is about how we should live. Take a listen and let’s begin clearing the cobwebs that keep us from a refreshing journey of intimate conversations with God.
