JOHNSON COUNTY KY…Need some help. Someone to get in touch with law enforcement, and help get this bastard put in jail! I’m showing limited parts of a conversation to protect the person who brought this to light and an edited picture due to the terrible injuries the dog suffered. I have the info, I’m in Charleston, SC and need someone local to help.
