When I was young I thought being alone meant no one loved me and I was unworthy, it made me seek to always be with others because then it meant I was worth something. But at a turning point in my life I realized that I had to learn to be alone to really know myself. Taking that step changed me greatly.
But as it is with most things, learning is constantly occurring and while then I sought out the solitary world, I'm not sure I got it to the level I do now. Being alone now means peace and contentment which is something I would never had believed.
Join me as we talk about what being alone can do for you, what doors and windows it can open to yourself, and how it becomes addicting.
