Ms. Liburd has held various positions within government such as Controller, Assistant Budget Director, Finance Director, Director of Financial Services, Assistant City Manager, Deputy City Manager and Chief Financial Officer working in the City Manager’s Office.Ms. Gooding and the partners are Certified Public Accountant and Certified Government Finance Officers and together have over forty years of experience working in the Governmental arena.
