Sonless D. Martin Jr. is the co-founder and Development Manager of Collaborative Consulting Group with over ten years of experience. Sonless has an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Memorial University.

Sonless is the former President of the Haitian American Surrogates (HAS) and a  lifetime donor to the Beacon School in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. He has also founded a  tri-county workshop presented by Wells Fargo Bank N.A.

He has been described by colleagues, faculty, and friends as a truly remarkable individual whose ambition, professionalism, charisma, and intellect is only superseded by his sincere compassion for helping others.

He serves as a board member for BAC Funding, Founder of BBL Gabo, and Lila Book Scholarship. Sonless is a recipient of the 2018 Difference Maker Award from the Greater Miami Chambers of Commerce, the 2018 Sapoznik Insurance Public School Alumni Achievement Award.
