Danielle Odom-Jenkins has worked in New York City as a Restaurant Professional for over 10 years. In 2007, She moved to New York and had the opportunity to work in an extremely popular and busy restaurant in the heart of Manhattan. She worked her way up in a steady progression to a Corporate Trainer and Restaurant Manager and ultimately became a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager for New York’s LaGuardia Airport in 2017.

One of the most pivotal moments in Danielle’s career came with the opportunity to help build an Upscale BBQ Restaurant from the ground up in New York City. This experience taught her how to obtain mandatory licenses and proper procedures in Food Handling and Health Sanitation for opening a successful restaurant.

She currently works as a Social Media Manager and specializes in creating engaging content and building strong SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for businesses in the Hospitality Industry. Danielle lives in Queens, New York, and is working on her passion project Fly Girls Manifesting.
