After reading the book ACRES OF DIAMONDS by Russell Conwell, I am convinced we are all leaving the diamond mines in our own backyards as we travel around the world looking for larger diamonds, when in fact the diamonds we seek are found within us and our hometown, from whence we came. Therefore, we are calling the podcast, #IAMRIVIERABEACH. Today's Guest: AttorRichard Ryles
Energetic. Hopeful. Focused. Those are three words often used to describe Attorney Richard A. Ryles, who has won more than $200 million on behalf of his clients over his nearly 30 year career, acting as a fierce advocate for the disenfranchised, the abused, the mistreated. Smart, hard-working and tenacious are three other terms applied to Attorney Ryles but, perhaps, the most fitting of all? Fearless. That’s because from the time he was growing up in a single-parent household in West Palm Beach, Fla., Attorney Ryles has been unafraid to make it happen.
That career has seen him make history. Indeed, shortly after opening in 1996 his personal-injury, wrongful-death-focused law office, The Ryles Firm, Attorney Ryles, successfully negotiated a $2.35 million wrongful-death settlement against the Albertson’s Corporation. Attorney Ryles went on to win a $3.3 million wrongful death verdict against Rhode Island-based Picerne Development and, later, a $2.5 million punitive damage settlement against New York based GFI Inc. both cases were a result of the property owner failing to provide security.
