Most of us think we are self aware, right? Don't you think so? I know I did! I know you probably don't want to hear this but the truth is, very few of us actually are. In fact it takes years of dedicated practice for us to become truly "Self Aware". However, there is no time like the present. :) I HIGHLY recommend you explore this practice if it isn't already part of your daily self development routine.
