For years I have battled with meditating during the day. Its the work day for crying out loud?! Right?! Well, 2 of my meditation teachers told me early on how important it is and the last few years I have been listening to that wisdom and its made a big change in my life. For many years meditating at night and in the morning has not been an issue for me. However, committing, being disciplined and following through on a mid day meditation for me has been sparse at best. This podcast is a short mid-day meditation. Simple. Easy. Real. Good For you. :)
