"AIDS and HIV rates in the Nation's Capitol are far beyond what you would consider an epidemic, and yet for some reason, no one wants to talk about it. But now, a new documentary "The Other City" is highlighting the fact that there's another Washington DC that's not getting enough attention. Another party to the city filled with crime, poverty, and a public health epidemic. Producer and BET Co-Founder Sheila Johnson says the reason why she made this film was to erase the stigma. She explains the people who are really suffering from this is women."

We must turn this crap around and do that now! There is no way we can allow this beast to continue to violate our rights as human beings! We have to form our own Military! If we can't protect our Sister's in the struggle then what is the need to struggle? We have to come to the table right now and make the correct adjustments or this bastard will wipe us all the hell out!  Justice is on the way, and there will be no peace for this enemy when Justice comes!"
