He said he didn't want any babies but you got pregnant! Is it his resposiblity?

You meet a man who doesn't want any children but you do .  So you get pregant,  is he obligated to take care of that baby? Or you meet an man that you know has five other children , no job and isn't finacially ready to take care of yours. What do you do ? Do you have it and expect him or try to force him to be a father? Is he resposible financially for that baby? Or do you have it and take care of it without his help?  Then do  get angry, mad or hurt , when he doesn't have time or moves on.?  Is he obligated to stay and pay ? Do you  get mad and blame him and  take him to court? Is he obligated to spend time with that child or pay? Is his family resposible to be there, maybe pay or babysit?
