An Israelite is a person who is part of a nation called Israel.

A Hebrew is those who follow the calling of God and His Commandments. The Chosen People of YHWH (God).

A Jew, is a spiritual being; circumcision in the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; who praise God

All Israelites are Hebrews because all of them descended from Abraham, but not all Hebrews are Israelites.

No all Israelites are Jews, only half practice Judaism.
