MERITORIOUS MANUMISSION:How the government created mistrust among black folk

A code of behavior has been lost in the black community. It has been replaced by the meritorious manumission. Which means to protect, report any rise ups by slaves, save a white persons life you will be free. Benign neglect ignore Black Folk. Promised them nothing. This is what's going on today among black folk. How do we get past this point? We totally seperate , also we educate our own. Then we teach them how amazing it is to be black. To do this we could begin to retrain our thinking and pass it down from generation to generation. A new begining for the black folk.
