Reverend Eleanor Joy is founder and President of In His Love Ministries, and was licensed and ordained on December 04, 2001 under the auspices of Amazing Grace International Ministries in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she completed her studies in the ministry of healing and deliverance.

In 1994 she received the baptism of the Holy Spirit under the leadership of Rev. Kenneth W. Hagin, pastor of Rhema Bible Church and Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, which was founded by the late Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin, the founder of Rhema and the Word of Faith movement. She received her ministerial training at Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma under the leadership of the late Billy Joe Daugherty and his wife Sharon Daugherty, both graduates of Oral Roberts University.

She also studied at The International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Missouri where she completed her studies in Eschatology, The End-Times, Bible Prophecy, Prophetic Ministry and Prophetic Intercession. Rev. Joy first book "An Overcoming Spirit" is her personal testimony that God can bring something good come from our personal failures. her book can be found at www.inhisloveministries.org she is currently working on her second book "This Is Not Your Home" which is about the End-Times and the second coming of Jesus which should hit the book stores in the spring of 2021.

Rev. Joy ministers in jails and prisons and is available to come and speak on request. She is also available to speak in churches, conferences, conduct seminars and workshops.

Rev. Joy hosted a weekly radio program in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Kansas City, Missouri from 2003 to 2007. Her radio program went into North America, Canada, Mexico, The Middle East, Europe and Africa.
