After a NEWBORN the health of that child is paramount, however, what often goes unnoticed is the EMOTIONAL & MENTAL WELLBEING of the mother afterwards, and how many never fully recover even with their HUSBANDS, child's father, or mates by their side. In many cases concerned husbands, mates, family, or the woman herself is unaware of how to handle what is referred to as POSTNATAL DEPLETION. Special guest, MARILYN ODUENYI, Peaceful Parenting Coach, POSTPARTUM DOULA, & Nutritionist, along with special guest co-host ASHLEY JOHNSON-ALFORD, mother of two, including her recent NEWBORN, visit the show to provide BLACK MEN insight on what our BLACK WOMEN experience sometimes even years after giving birth and how we can play our role in her full recovery to health. Also learn what physicians & nurses often overlook specifically in the care of BLACK WOMEN that can lead to POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION?  MENTAL DIALOGUE asking the questions America's afraid to ask. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU THINK
