Special guests, MARK CARMAN, host of One Hat Radio & Diversity Consultant, LATRICE ROSS, along with co-host EVE COX drop by to discuss the idea of whether or not America should still be working towards becoming a COLOR BLIND society. During his presidential debate with JOE BIDEN, PRESIDENT TRUMP suggested to the PROUD BOYS, a fringe WHITE SUPREMACIST group, to "STAND BACK & STAND BY." Some AFRICAN AMERICANS were deeply upset by the president's comment; while others suggest it is nothing wrong with having RACIAL PRIDE. If America were truly COLOR BLIND would there be a need for a #BLACKLIVESMATTER vs #ALLLIVESMATTERS debate?  How does the phrase "I DON'T SEE COLOR" make BLACK people feel? How does the term BLACK POWER make whites feel? MENTAL DIALOGUE asking the questions America's to ask. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU THINK
