According to FBI crime data, BLACK WOMEN are assaulted and raped more than other races in America. Some BLACK WOMEN say they feel protected by BLACK MEN, whereas others feel unprotected by them, WHY the difference?  Are other RACES and CULTURES better at protecting their women, or does BLACK AMERICAN CULTURE misunderstand what protection of women should look like? Can we enforce cultural values or put in mechanisms to make BLACK WOMEN feel more protected?  MENTAL DIALOGUE asking the questions America's afraid to ask. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU THINK
