Keep Moving Forward..Jeremiah 33:3

Good day Fam!  I'm praying that as you read this that you are safe, striving, and  love and peace surrounds you.  I find myself as usual in a state of reflection as I walk this journey we call life.  For the past year the storm has raged, the wind has blown, and we have witnessed and experienced the fraility of our existence.  HOWEVER, I come with GOOD NEWS!  Our GOD is faithful and he will see us through it ALL. Just like those that came before us we have strength and fortitude to withstand and MOVE ON!!  Grab a coffee or tea, smoothie or organic juice and breathe with me for the next 15 minutes as I share my thoughts...or better yet. MY "MENTAL NOTE".
