Speak For Me

The topic today is a simple question "Who is on your team? No.. REALLY on your team!

I have witnessed and experienced the benefit and the loss of good teammates as I'm quite sure you have as well. When growing up you might of been taught ' be careful when choosing your friends" right? But it never was really explained to you why that is so important in all situations and relationships. For example; friendships, work environments, romantic relationships; health care; and the list goes on.
