Tonight on Nite Talks with Sasha, it's all about reflecting and pondering life's choices and decisions. Healing and dealing! 

Last weekend Sasha was up in the mountains of Alabama all weekend reflecting and healing while eating some of the most delicious foods.

It was her first Cancer retreat and hopefully many more to come. Sasha is going to share with the ladies you, our listening audience everything that happened and what she experienced while there.

Also, the ladies of Nite Talks with Sasha will have a return guest. You may have caught it in the title of the show. No?.....oh well you won't forget his name again!

We will have poet and writer Dave Ponder II back with us as he debuts his latest creation, Eye Ponder. 

Dave will be back to tell us about his latest book and what inspired him to write this one and also what he has in store for the future when it comes to his poetry and writing in general.
