Ohashiatsu-


The modality practiced is Ohashiatsu. Ohashiatsu is a system of physical techniques, exercise and meditation used to relieve tension and fatigue and
induce a state of harmony and peace. The practitioner first assesses a person's state by feeling the hara, the area below the navel. Then, using continuous
and flowing movements, the practitioner presses and
stretches the body's energy channels, working in
unison with the person's breathing. This work helps
the body recognize blockages of energy on a physical and
mental level consequently allowing the body to heal
itself naturally. This technique is very safe, non-erotic and non-evasive.

Internal Breathing Exercise-

Activates blood circulation which in turn:

assists in the transportation of oxygen throughout the body
carries nutrients to cells for repair and growth
transports lymph and blood cells
helps to maintain ph balance and body temperature

Slow breathing accompanied with slow and coordinated motion develops the nervous system which aids in:

increased muscle response
release of substances from the glands
strengthens memory and focus

Stimulates bone marrow function through stretching and applying pressure on the skeletal system stationary postures. As we mature, bone marrow production is dominate in the spine, sternum, spine and long/flat bones of the body.

Basically, doing these exercises along with focusing on indigenous natural mental principles we are able to increase the inner-communication
and response time of the body.
