WHATS GOING ON?... HONERING TRAYVON MARTIN

We are living in treacherous times. Fear and anger is rampant. Race is still a card that is played, when an excuse is needed to fan the flames of blame, and promote the energy of hate. When a youth can be shot because of his perceived attitude, profiled because of his choice of clothing, and his right to defend himself when he has been detained by an angry neighbor, who has taken it upon himself to police the neighborhood, we have serious problems.

I believe Trayvon Martin, was walking to his fathers girlfriends house, talking on the phone with his girlfriend, when George Zimmerman saw him, did not recognize him, and took it upon himself to question Trayvon as to what his business was in that neighborhood, Trayvon like any other 17 year old male, ignored him and kept going, this angered George Zimmerman. George Zimmerman then insisted that Trayvon stop and identify himself, or he was going to call the police, and have him arrested, Trayvon did not comply, an altercation took place, initiated by George Zimmerman, he was getting his but whopped and he pulled out a gun in a fist fight, fired the gun and killed the young man, then he claimed self defense.
