The Honrable Elder William Stokes Is a lifelong student in the study of Social-Cultural Anthropology. He enjoys being an advocate for Humanity and Divinity within the Human Race… He devoted his life after receiving a BA Degree to Community Service and Educating the Community. He has a BA Degree in Community Education and an MS Degree in Instructional Systems Technology through being a student in the Lorton Prison College Program at Federal City College and the University of the District of Columbia. Has also worked understudy with the late Dr. Chancellor Williams, Professor Emeritus at Howard University and the Author of the book: "The Destruction of Black Civilization"
