"Community Matters" - 026

A wonderful CERT "tarp drill" (Community Emergency Response Team) was held in Bill's local area recenty, and sponsored by the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council. Sandy joins Martha Benedict, Roy Payan and event co-ordinator Mark Legassie to learn it was a huge success. The event took place in the beautiful LA community of Hermon.
