Bill to Break up 'Nutty Ninth' getting steam, How Obama undermines current Prez.

This week has been Blessed with a lot of News.  Foreign and Domestic.

Congress is getting more interested in passing a Bill to possibly break up the "Nutty Ninth" as it is called.  

What are those Anti-Trump up to, well, they want an unGovernable Nation.
