In 2020 Are you Ok?

Join our discussion for a recap of 2020. For many of us we ended 2019 with plans of how we were going to make 2020 our best year.   Little did we know 2020 would be filled with a host of history making events ranging from the 2020 election, a global pandemic, and nationwide civil unrest, great legends loss and the year is only halfway over. For so many 2020 has created a new normal that seems to change almost daily. Today we are spending time checking in, just want to remind you that its ok  if you are not ok.
