National Women's Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation (NWCAVE) is shining a Spotlight for Justice for those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault and homelessness. The issues are impacting every community throughout the country, we must do better. Tonight, we shine the light on WA, OR and CA.

Guests on the show include: Nadeya Lavandero, is the President, Founder and Executive Director of Right to Protect, a national exempt nonprofit organization in Manteca, California.  The mission of the organization is to Provide supportive services and resources to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and stalking.  To learn more about Nadeya and Right to Protect organization, click here 

Kate Budd, Kate Budd serves as the Interim Manager of the Lane County Human Services Division. She currently oversees Veteran, rent, energy assistance, homelessness and community action programs, all focused on creating a strong safety net for Lane County community members. She has worked in the housing / homelessness field for over 20 years, previously focusing on system-level integration, planning and coordination in Washington as the Executive Director of Council for the Homeless, a Program Coordinator with Clark County Community Services and a Program Director for direct service agencies.  Learn more, click here
