Contact Report 60 Billy's First Contact With Menara

Another ship is about to land nearby.  The ship is commanded by a person named MENARA.  MENARA is a female human being from planet Deron in the Vega star system. She first contacted Billy on the 29th July 1976[ MENARA which has been described as a DARK SKINNED BEAUTY and also a descendant of The Hottentots of Africa by ancestry.  MENARA commands her own ship and will take over Semjase’s task for about a year.  The rest of the Plejaren will leave the earth for the rest of the year.  The Plejaren are taking a holiday so to speak.   Semjase explains that in about three minutes MENARA will be present.
