The Plejaren Form of Government, The Might of Thoughts, Overview

1. Emotions are not to be equated with feelings.  Emotions are suddenly from sort of internal and external situation.  Emotions are hard to bring under control by means of thoughts.  With emotions a strong state of excitation arises.  Thoughts and feelings can be very well guided.  But emotions cannot be steered.  Emotions are reflexive, spontaneous manifestations.   Feelings are formed slowly from the world of thoughts.

Actually I have not remembered that, but I would like to fulfill my promise, although I must clearly and plainly say, that the whole thing solely and exclusively corresponds to our Plejaren understanding of democracy and has nothing to do with the understanding in this regard, that prevails amongst the terrestrial peoples.
