"Billy" Eduard Albert Meier's spiritual experiences can be traced all the way back to a time when he was four years old. Billy was living in a town called Niederflachs/Bulach , Switzerland. Bulach is a municipality in Switzerland in the canton of Zurich, located in the district of the same name, and belongs to the Glatt Valley (German: Glattal).As a young boy at about 3am one morning, on a mild night in May, in the year 1941, he went outside and sat down on a bench and looked up at a beautiful starry night.
