About  Chauntyll Allen: From the classroom to the community, Chauntyll Allen has spent her lifetime building a school to success pipeline. Now, after decades of service to students in the schools and youth development in the community, Allen has launched her campaign for St. Paul Board of Education. Born and raised in the Rondo community, Allen attended SPPS, is a proud graduate of Central High School, and studied African American studies and Psychology at Metro State University. Over the past 25 years, she has worked in various capacities as an advocate and organizer, including 10 years at Hennepin County in a high crisis facility for child protection, a community leader for Black Lives Matter (read more here)
