Sleep is a dynamic process, more than a matter of merely closing your eyes and waiting for your body to slow down for a few hours. 

Insomnia can be temporary, lasting only a few nights, as happens with jet lag or a change in your work schedule; it can persist for weeks, usually because of some illness; or it can be chronic, occuring most nights and continuing for a month or more.

We will conclude our series by listening to Ms. Harper share her expertise about insomnia and how hair analysis will reveal if you have type one or type two insomnia, and what you can do naturally to cure it.
