speaker, author, inspiration, leadership Absent fathers in homes result in over one billion dollars a year from the federal government. Why? The absence of fathers result in single parent families, primarily with women raising children, which adds a major burden on caregiving as well as finances. Children raised without a father under the same roof have a higher school dropout rate, higher rate of teen pregnancy, higher incarceration rate and oftentimes end up in poverty. Most of the devastation is the result of the man being absent from his family, not providing financial or mental and emotional support. Paul is going to discuss what can be done to alleviate absent fathers and what can be done to help stabilize families and improve humanity.
