Our colleague Douglas Goldstein aka @eFuturist author, keynote speaker and thought leader in the disruption space for two plus decades keynoted the American Association of Payor, Administrators and Networks at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. A SRO crowd of PPO, TPA and Network managers embraced his message of innovation and where the rubber is likely to meet the road between tech innovation and the operators in the healthcare space on the journey from volume to value.
