This Friday join us at RadioFree Federal Credit Union. That’s right. Imagine a 500 million dollar credit union with 65 employees, 5 branches, one grocery store branch and a list of challenges and opportunities. Troy and I are in charge and here are some of the questions we are going to explore:

• We are heading into another semi-recession summer. What kind of promotions should we be doing and where should we spend our money (online, TV, Radio, Print etc.)
• What should be playing on our screens when people are filling out deposit slips, cashing checks and waiting to speak to a new account rep?
• Recently a well-known employee posted something very political and inflammatory on FaceBook. Many of her friends are also our members.

           One of them called us to express their concerns. What is our next step?
