Several years ago Dr. Troy Hall introduced me to something called the Strauss-Howe Generational theory. The Strauss–Howe generational theory, created by authors William Strauss and Neil Howe, identifies a recurring generational cycle in American history. People in a particular age group tend to share a distinct set of beliefs, attitudes, values and behaviors because they all grow up and come of age during a particular period in history. However, at the end of 4 Generations, there is a reset. In our political and economic culture, the sense of time and tension I believe can be attributed to the fact that we are living through one of these turnings. Join us as we talk about genearational theory and the unflinching belief that History Is....you can change with it or get changed by it.
