S02/E16: "Carl Marlinga for US Congress 2022(D+CD10+Michigan)"

Carl Marlinga won the 2022 Democratic nomination for Congressional District 10 on August 2, 2022. His main opponent will be Republican John James who seem to run, unsuccessfully, for every office. Mr. James has lost two back to back US Senate races against popular incumbent Senators Debbie Stabenow (2018) and Gary Peters (2020).

Judge Marlinga is ready and capable to serve in the US Congress as his biography shows:
- Received his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, summa cum laude.
- J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
- Private practice from 2004 to 2012. He served as the Macomb County Prosecutor from 1985 to 2004, and previously worked as an assistant United States Attorney.
-Adjunct professor for the Wayne State University criminal justice department, teaching Constitutional Criminal Procedure and the American Court System.

Make no mistake about the steely determination, integrity, knowledge of the law and love of America that Judge Marlinga has for the Wolverine State. He is a great example of who a pariot is. Guided by strong Midwestern Values and a willingness to serve all the people, he never hides behind excuses and always get the job done. True leaders are born, not made. Marlinga has the guts to do what needs to be done regardless of how popular it may/may not be at the time. Michigan knows him and trust him. We are humbled to have him on our show tonight.
