NOJJ APPAREL, expressive wear has been in my heart dating back 40 years from the time I was in Fashion Design School. Upon graduation I quickly realized I couldn’t even afford the fabric to design, so I put my collection dreams on the back burner. However my dream to Inspire, Motivate, Encourage and Celebrate through words and imagery never died. As life sometime goes, I eventually started a family and began a nearly 40 year career in Retail management. I became  successful in corporate  Leadership Management Roles, to include Store Manager roles, General Manger, Operations roles, Training and Development Management, District Manager, Regional training roles and well as Associate Relations positions, HR, many roles that relate to running a Retail Business from Softline to hard lines with many years in Apparel. My heart has always been connected to fashion and how it allows expression, uniqueness and individuality.
