TRANSFORMATION OF THE: MIND, BODY & SPIRIT

I am Joseph Solomon II. I am an entrepreneur, currently the CEO of my own business Transform: Mind, Body & Spirit. We are a group of people who seek to use fitness as a platform to encourage emotional, mental and spiritual growth. Before starting Transform, I was a special Education teacher in San Antonio TX for 6 years. After that I joined the navy, in which I am still
active, and have been for the last 10 years. I began as an E-3 on submarines, became a part of the Navy Special Forces as a Navy Diver, and now I am a Surface Warfare Officer. I have a beautiful wife (Shay) who I have been with for the last 18yrs (Married for 16yrs). I also have two sons Joseph, 16yrs old and Jojo who is 9yrs old. I am a person who believes 1million percent in the power and freedom of vision, and it is my goal to share that with as many people as I can.
