Emma is a resourceful professional, combining more than 10 years’ of experience as an Execute in
the corporate environment with a track record of directing multiple global operating companies to
achieve growth goals by creating teams of talented employees.
While being employed, she became highly skilled in steering companies to boost yearly revenue by
transferring leadership vision into workable plans for teams to follow. Her strong problem solver
ability and to communicate with individuals of different cultures and languages (English, German,
Swiss German, French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese) became her success tool.
For more than 20 years, Emma has also been an innovative coach, bringing individuals to their next
level and achieving their goals.
