Today's special guest, author Dr. Jane Rigney Battenberg, a seasoned therapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming master trainer has released her informative, entertaining and vital guide to building the skills needed to navigate today’s increasingly chaotic and technology-oriented world.

“Change Within, Change the World,”  helps you reflect deeply and thoughtfully about your inner beliefs and values so that you can best align them with your larger purpose and move past the artificial limitations people often impose on themselves in their habitual daily lives. A major premise of this book is that waking up – and staying woke (a word in current usage among younger generations increasingly used as a byword for being self-aware, questioning the dominant paradigm and striving for social and racial justice) entails a unique responsibility for each of us if we are to survive.”

Jane Rigney Battenberg, DCH, MA, has more than 25 years of experience as a therapist and trainer, with a doctorate in clinical hypnotherapy, a master’s degree in teaching from Washington University and a certification as a master trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Dr. Battenberg has studied ancient arts, such as Huna, Reiki and Lomilomi, and she is also the author of “Eye Yoga: How You See Is How You Think,” which provides techniques for awakening deep brain capacities and improving eyesight. Dr. Battenberg offers workshops and counseling to clients in the U.S. and Europe and currently resides in Medford, Ore. To learn more, please visit www.changewithin.com.
