LeVeda McCou performs membership outreach in the Memphis market to community organizations, churches, and employers; and developing partnerships with groups that provide credit counseling and homebuyer training to HOPE members.  She develops innovative programs that engage the community and the member base. She also has a knack for consulting and strategic planning and has consulted for small businesses and financial organizations to create business and marketing plans and has served as administrator for a non-profits, coaching leaders desiring ministerial, financial, and crisis resolutions. She holds a National Chaplains Certificate, a Kingdom University Ministerial Certificate, HUD Certified Credit & Housing Counselor, and Leadership Memphis 2009 Alumni. She is the creator of “Designed To Win” Jumpstart Your Business Mondays which is a business networking event.
