The I AM Well Show with Guest Lynn Paterson

Lynn Paterson is known and respected internationally as the creator and founder of One Heart Tantra, through which she offers her unique approach and skills in facilitating Tantric and Tantra Massage sessions, Energy & Integration methods, Tantric Coaching and Professional training, and personal spiritual mentoring. 

Lynn has been devoted to her own self-development and personal growth for over 20 years. She is an inspirational workshop leader and a gifted healer who has a background in a wide range of holistic and therapeutic practises, including: Tantric techniques and massage, breath-work, meditation, Reiki and energy clearing work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and her own unique Crystal Healing style.  She is also an accredited teacher with the Diana Cooper School of Angels and Ascension. 

Lynn's own path within Sacred Sexuality and Tantra has been deeply transformative and healing and this enables her to hold the space for others to do the same.

Living in West Cork with her partner Isaac George and 2 cats, Lynn is also available for International work by invitation, and via Skype.
