volk is self-educated in radical anti-politics, mythology, depth psychology, multicultural spirituality, and non-ordinary states of consciousness. volk has been living with native hilltribes in the jungles of burma for several years as an educator, and is currently on the west coast seeking to educate and heal himself and his community. volk is part of a worldwide community of people who are conspiring to channel the ancient archetypes of myth, ritual, and language into a healing culture, the culture of the love generation. volk refers to this new culture as "dta xzou", or the light path. volk and his community's work can be found on empiricaldissent.com

and my brother, elisha's bio:

I'm Elisha. I'm a teacher, student, brother, son, photographer, philosopher, dirty hippie, stoner, anarchist . At least, that's what folks say I am. I don't really like labels, except the One that truly matters; that I am a son of the divine, the image of god.

I am nomadic, and haven't lived in the same place for longer than 9 months since my house burned down in the Summer of 2010. I have lived in the mountains of Honduras working with street kids, the materialistic city of Miami, the small town of Pueblo, and the jungles of southeast asia, where i taught english to refugees from the world's longest running civil war.
