We will mention cases that have already gone to the supreme court where the 4th and 14th amendments have been violated by CPS, Family Law and Police. Rulings came from the 9th Circuit Court where parents have the constitutional rights to be left alone and not be interfered by cps and or police. In 2003, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit Court ruled that child abuse investigations held on private property are unconstitutional. States may not interfere in child rearing decisions when a fit parent is available. We will also speak on the effects on the removal of children and on the non-offending parent.
